PayTo Terms & Conditions

Understanding our payment system and your responsibilities

1. Payment Processing

PayTo payments are processed using BSB and account numbers provided by renters (buyers)
All transactions are secured and processed through our authorized payment gateway
Fleet owners (sellers) must maintain valid business banking details for receiving payments
Processing times may vary depending on the banking institutions involved

2. Renter (Buyer) Responsibilities

Renters must provide valid BSB and account numbers for payment processing
Sufficient funds must be maintained in the account for scheduled payments
Any changes to banking details must be updated at least 3 business days before scheduled payments
Renters are responsible for ensuring their bank allows PayTo transactions

3. Fleet Owner (Seller) Terms

Fleet owners will receive payments directly to their registered business account
Platform fees will be automatically deducted from each transaction
Settlement times are typically within 1-2 business days
All payment disputes must be reported within 5 business days

4. Platform Policies

Flexi acts as a facilitator between fleet owners and renters
We maintain secure encryption for all financial data
Transaction records are maintained for 7 years as per regulatory requirements
The platform reserves the right to hold payments in case of disputes or suspicious activity

5. Fees and Charges

Standard platform fee: fixed fee per transaction
Failed payment fee: $15 per incident
Payment dispute handling: No additional charge
International transaction fees may apply
